ARS 13-2904 Disorderly Conduct

The crime of disorderly conduct, generally a misdemeanor in Arizona, is to disturb the peace and quiet of a person or group of people with the intent to do so, or knowledge that your conduct would do so.  This is incredibly broad and can include conduct like fighting, unreasonable noise, even simply using abusive language.  If done with a firearm, it becomes a felony offense.  And depending on your relationship to the alleged victim, it could be considered a domestic violence offense, with additional penalties.

This is an incredibly common charge, but there can be complexity to a good defense.  You need an experienced attorney like the ones at BC Law Group to build a strategic defense and protect your rights – including your First Amendment rights.
