ARS 13-1410 Molestation of a Child

In Arizona, a person commits molestation of a child by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual contact with a child under the age of 15.  Sexual contact is defined very broadly, but is essentially any direct or indirect touching intimate body parts.

The mere allegation of sexual offenses against children can bring life altering consequences.  If convicted, the penalties are severe, including lengthy prison sentences, extremely restrictive probation, and sex offender registration.

If you are facing such charges, or are the suspect in an investigation, you need an aggressive Arizona attorney who is used to handling these cases to fight for you.  And you won’t find a law firm more equipped and committed to protect you from these serious charges than BC Law Group.
